Charles is a certified ServiceNow Technical Architect with over a decade of experience delivering transformation projects across healthcare, retail, enterprise, and government. He’s known for fixing broken CMDBs, realigning architectures, and bringing clarity to complex implementations.
His expertise spans ITOM, ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, SPM, Scoped Applications, Integrations, Workflows, and Enterprise Architecture. He helps clients design scalable systems, automate processes, and deliver meaningful business outcomes.
Outside of client projects, Charles is passionate about mentoring ServiceNow professionals and building local tech communities across Africa and North America.
